This vessel is an offering of skills honed through decades of experience to support you in finding that which you need in order to heal and grow.
Healing can be many things, a shift in perception, a change in physicality, realigning of energy centers or spheres, a new awareness, a release of something long held, a fresh ability to move differently along your path, manifesting your core desires. These are just a few of the possibilities.
Your need and our dialogue begin the exploration. Together we track the aspects of whatever you wish to work on through the layers of your body and being seeking the source, or sources, that need to heal. Throughout a session, the energy of creation that lives all around us flows in, through and between us, informing, guiding, directing what happens, or what may need to happen. This takes place regardless of how we meet.
So, what do you need?
Mentoring, as practiced here, may be best described as guiding you in becoming ever more fully who you truly are and bringing who you truly are ever more fully into all aspects your life and the world.
This is accomplished by drawing upon the elements of mentoring, which include things like witnessing, holding space and possibility, shining light in places you may not have looked, pointing out edges and doorways you may wish ,or need, to move across, or through., and bringing awareness to how you make both conscious, and unconscious choices.
Once you have been mentored, it's a natural progression to become a mentor as well. Having been the grateful recipient of many mentors guidance through more than sixty years of life, the skills of mentoring have been woven into the very fibers of my being and organically flow into my work as a healer in the world.
Whether you seek healing or mentoring, it's likely that both will be part of your experience.
Thanks to the technology that's blossomed in recent years, it makes no difference where you live, Zoom allows us to work together from wherever you are. It has become the most common way for me to meet with clients, and while it is different than being in physical proximity, it is equally effective.
If you are, or will be, in the Arkansas River Valley Area of Colorado's Rocky Mountains, It may be possible to meet in person for a physical session.
These sessions typically take place on a massage table, usually, but not always, indoors, and involve physical contact as a means of energetic connection and as a vehicle for energy movement.
Much less common, but still available, are sessions held outside, on agreed upon landscape. If you're drawn to this, ask, and we can discuss your request.
The cost for most sessions is $120 per hour and most sessions are one hour long. Venmo and PayPal are the most common payment methods.

In 2025 I began to offer online classes entitled "Elements and Mechanics of Mentoring" where you can learn, in depth, the tools of mentoring and how to apply them in whatever realms you mentor.
